With growth comes new opportunities

Austin Soundwaves has experienced so much programmatic growth this year, through both our in-school and community initatives, that we need to build our brilliant staff along with it. We are excited to announce a new full-time program manager position along with four half-time teaching artist positions to start this coming August. These roles will help us to continue serving our nearly 700 students by both expanding our capacity and providing an even higher quality experience for everyone.

We are looking forward to our 3rd annual Summer Music Camp at Austin Soundwaves, taking place July 18-22 at St. Mary’s Cathedral in downtown Austin. Spots are still available for students who will be in grades 5 through 9 this coming fall 2022. The camp wraps up with performances at the Capitol Rotunda.
